Yes, an account is required to place orders. It lets you track orders, save shipping info, and receive exclusive offers.
After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it in the 'My Orders' section of your account.
We do not accept returns on custom-made products. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. Returns or refunds are only issued for manufacturing errors.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and ACH payments.
